Been to many hotels but this one is not up to the Hampton standard. The hallways had a weird smell and no air conditioning. When we stepped into our room, it had a stinky odor and the cooling system was not functional. We lowered the temperature down to 65 and still no change as there was just a small AC vent on the wall and not other cooling unit in the room. The bins had no liners and felt dirty. Restroom floor was greasy and the soap holder was broken, on top of that there was wet soap residue in the holder meaning it was not cleaned. Finally, we decided to leave this shabby motel come hotel. The hotel receptionist was kind enough to offer us refund and the staff was nice overall.

For a Hampton, I wasn't impressed. Woman checking us in was great. The others were...hit and miss to say the least. No, 'do not disturb' or 'no service' door tags. They cleaned my room after requesting them not to. Surprisingly, they just refolded our used towels. (one had a bit of makeup on it from my wife and she found it again) Breakfast was fine but usually opened later than was told. Gym was nice No tub, just shower. Not a deal breaker but it's nice to have while traveling. Sofa bed was actually decent Overall not bad, but not great

The rooms are super spacious. Mine included a work space with a large desk, a couch that could sit two, and a kitchenette complete with a kitchen sink, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine stocked with coffee and tea. The beds are large and comfortable, and the hotel provides a lot of extra linens and towels. Also, the provided toiletries were remarkably nice. The staff was helpful and willing to answer all questions.

Our room did not get cleaned. The HVAC was very loud. It took a good 5 minutes of running the water before it got warm/hot.

Called hotel made a reservation and got the confirmation on my email. The reason why I booked the room was because we lost power due to a Storm . On the second day with out power we don't have heat and our house was very cold. …

All I can say is yikes!!! Is this what passes as a hotel these days? I feel itchy just being here. It's so dirty from right when you walk into the reception area, to the elevator, the hallways, and the rooms. There's what looks like semen on the blinds, it looks like it's barely been cleaned and the room reeks of cigarettes!!! Please this hotel is in need of an upgrade and I mean including upgrading the cleaning staff. Only redeeming quality is that the lady at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. Please upgrade this hotel!!! It's not worth the current price for a night.

I have always been a Hampton Inn fan. I believe them to be clean affordable and safe. My last experience with them at this location was a nightmare. After checking in at the desk , showing UD and being issued pass key to our room at 4:45 AM a person walked in our room as they had also been checked into our room.. The front desk said we showed up as a no show .. imagine if this person was not also shocked to see people in the room...the front desk apologized but I will think twice before going to this hotel again.
